Melissa Hernandez
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, LMT, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Esthetician
The concept of Full Circle Wellness Center is about promoting personal well-being from the inside out, on all levels of being.  Every product and every service at Full Circle Wellness Center has been carefully selected to contribute to that philosophy.  As the owner of Full Circle Wellness Center, it is my hope that each person that walks through our doors has their lives improved and healed in some way.

As a Licensed Esthetician, I love to perform advanced skin care techniques for specific skin conditions such as acne and blemish-prone skin, redness and rosacea, hyper-pigmentation and aging skin.  I work together with my clients by providing advanced clinical treatments, combined with high-quality at home products, as well as therapeutic mineral make-up to thoroughly care for their skin each and every day.  Naturally, I establish long-term relationships with my clients, as they know I will always strive to offer them the best!

As a Licensed Massage Therapist & Certified Trigger Point Therapist, I absolutely love to help my clients with pain management.  I utilize Trigger Point Therapy to target specific pain issues by testing for restricted range of motion & charting pain patterns.  I work together with my clients by integrating effective clinical sessions with at-home daily stretches and exercises, corrective posture and movement techniques in order to reduce, manage and/or eliminate pain.

As a Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist, I take a functional approach to movement.  Proper body mechanics is essential.  I believe it is important to first correct any postural imbalances that may contribute to movement discrepancies which can contribute to perpetuating pain in the human body.  I combine flexibility, strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness into each client’s individualized program.  I love to see my clients reach their goals and get results!
Patricia Ivey
Licensed Esthetician
Hello, I'm Patricia and I am a European trained licensed Esthetician. I graduated from the first German government approved esthetician school in 1981 at Wiesbaden, Germany.

I knew that I wanted to be an esthetician since I was sixteen after I picked my mother up at the local spa.

Before I started esthetician school, I worked at a hospital for one year to do an internship for physical therapy and medical massage.  I knew then for certain that I enjoy pampering people especially with skincare, massage and facials with effective results!

Since my husband was in the military, I worked at resorts and spas in Germany, Wyoming, Louisiana and in 1994-1997 here in Albuquerque.  I always enjoyed to have a wonderful relationship with my clientele and it was always difficult for me to leave.   Now that my husband has retired from the military, we decided to move back to Albuquerque to stay for good!

During my 28 years of experience, I acquired a lot of new skincare methods.  My European massage technique and touch is something I always have been complimented on.
If you in need to unwind and relax with one of our professional facial treatments, I'll be very happy to pamper you!
Paul May
Myofascial Therapist, Massage Therapist

Hello! I am Paul May, a licensed massage and Myofascial therapist.  In 2003, I graduated from the Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have spent several years as a chiropractic assistant as well as a personal massage therapist.

I believe that our bodies are trying to tell us where the problem areas are, and I incorporate a deeper listening to the language and mechanics of the body, to bring relief to tense problem areas throughout the body.

My one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which I use a multitude of Myofascial Release techniques and movement therapy as well as other modalities such as Swedish and Deep Tissue. This highly specialized combination helps promote proper body mechanics and movement, through the enhancement of strength and flexibility.

Trauma, such as a fall, or whiplash from an automobile accident cause changes in the body, and can greatly influence the functioning of our body, producing intense pain or restriction of motion, which can also affect our flexibility and stability, and are a key factor in our ability to withstand stress and strain. As a Myofasical therapist, I treat this injured soft tissue using Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy techniques to help alleviate pain and restore a greater range of motion.

I believe that knowledge truly is power, and it is important that you know yourself, literally.  I will share my observations, ask questions, and assign simple stretches and exercises to help you maintain what WE gain—a stronger, more flexible, and pain free YOU!
